Prodigy Football is expanding, and we’re seeking an elite football coach to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a passionate group of specialists who are leaders in youth development.

As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in launching and growing Prodigy Football's presence on the Central Coast.

**Role Requirements**:

- Deliver elite technical training to high-level players in 1:1 and small group formats.
- Design and implement training sessions aligned with the Prodigy Football philosophy.
- Lead sessions with confidence, demonstrating advanced communication and session management skills.
- Perform technical breakdowns of exercises at a professional level.
- Mentor and support players to assist reach their individual development goals.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Previous coaching experience is essential.
- Coaching qualifications/badges are preferred or willingness to obtain.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Central Coast NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
