**Availability**: Evening work, Monday to Thursday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging football training sessions for players of varying skill levels.
- Build a positive, inclusive, and professional atmosphere during all sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their technical and tactical abilities.
- Maintain clear communication with players, parents, and ECSS management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum FFA (or equivalent) coaching qualifications.
- Previous experience coaching football to youth players.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about youth development and inspiring the next generation of players.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
