This leading freight forwarding company offers extensive international logistics services, including Sea Freight, Air Freight, Customs Clearance, Transportation, Warehousing, Distribution, and Logistics Solution. **Your New Role**
- Accurately entering invoices and processing payment of supplier invoices, performing accounts receivable duties, and processing weekly contractor payroll and reports.
- Invoicing customers
- Credit control/debt collection from customers
- Cash receipts and allocations
- Processing credit card payments from customers
- Aged receivables/cash collection reporting
- Assist with pricing
- Assisting AP if needed
- Communicating with the wider Finance team
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by their supervisor/company

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry
- Experience using CargoWise software/platform
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of accounting principles and processes
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience in effective communication
- Demonstrated negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated conflict resolution skills.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office & Excel skills and experience with IT systems
