As a Customer Service Representative at The Energy Alliance, you will be a key point of contact with our clients. You will play a vital role in problem-solving, customer support, and building relationships ensuring a great experience for our clients.

**A day in the life**:
Your problem-solving and multi-tasking skills will ensure our clients receive excellent support that can make a positive difference in their experience.

Part of your role is to update and maintain our customer database, ensuring the tracking of all client interactions are up to date.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to listen and demonstrate empathy to customers
- Have a strong passion for customer experience
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- An eye for detail
- Be a team player who is proactive and takes initiative
- Negotiation and investigative skills
- The ability to work autonomously is essential
- Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of the energy industry is beneficial but not essential
