**About the Role**

We are now have an opportunity within our Rowville office for a confident, experienced and technically minded customer service / internal sales person.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor - AU (based in Brisbane), your main responsibility is to process customer orders and enquiries; and to support the external salespeople by processing documentation related to simple quotations, price requests, urgent order deliveries or pick-ups, and literature requests.

**About You**

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and experience:

- Previous experience within a similar position (at least 1 year)
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and work autonomously
- Good technical aptitude from Mechanical or Electrical background (highly desired)
- Experience with JDE, SAP, Pronto, Pivotal or Salesforce would be an advantage (but not essential)
- The right to work in Australia
