**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telemarketing & Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by generating leads and providing excellent customer support. You will be a key member of the National Marketing Team, collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute outbound telemarketing campaigns via HubSpot to engage potential customers.

**Lead Qualification**:

- Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and potential for conversion.
- Accurately document all lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide detailed information about qualified leads to the sales team.

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as call volume, conversion rates and customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and refine lead generation strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
