Rowville, Australia IPA Personnel Services Full time

Our client is a major national distributor of mechanical and electrical products from power transmissions to speed control systems. They import and market a comprehensive range of industrial products for complete electro mechanical, power transmission and speed control systems.

Your primary focus will be to respond to inbound phone calls and sales orders, providing product information and advice to existing and new customers. 8.30 until 5pm Monday until Friday
- 38 hour week.

**About you**:

- Ideally you would have previous Customer service and Admin experience with demonstrated knowledge of technical products
- Have a mechanical background from an engineering background (advantageous)
- Demonstrate excellent customer service
- Have strong administrative skills
- Data Entry experinece with ERP Systems

**Your day to responsibilities will include the following**:

- Providing excellent customer service to customers and clients
- Respond to incoming calls, gather all information to give correct product advice.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Keep record of customer interactions and transactions
