The main responsibility is within Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental (QHSE) Compliance with a strong focus on work health and safety (WHS). With an emphasis on discovering your potential and determination to connect with your fellow forwarders, this is an opportunity for you to thrive in a close and supportive team environment, valuing active listening and diversity of thinking.

**Further job tasks & responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Assist, develop and maintain company quality, health, safety and environment management systems
- Responsible foe implementing safe systems of work ad safe behavioural practices at all levels of the organisation
- Ensure adherance to the training program for all employees involved in the QHSE Programme
- Lead Health & Safety initiatives and development of a work Health & Safety (WHS) Culture

**About You**:

- Minimum two years practical experience with quality and health and safety systems management and audits (internal and external).
- Certified IRCA Lead Auditor Quality (ISO 9001) is an advantage
- Demonstrated knowledge of OH&S legislation across Australia and New Zealand
- Experience leading company H&S programme including return to work, Health & safety committees & health and wellbeing programmes.
- Excellent written communication, computer and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in MS Office - in particular: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
