About the role

Onsite currently has an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our team in Glendenning.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role leads a team of 3 and is responsible for creating and implementing best practice AP processes and procedures whilst continuing to build an integrated function and team, as well as monthly and other reporting for the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable areas and selective group procurement activities.

In this role you will
- Develop annual operational plans in support of Onsite's strategic plan
- Develop and document, implement and monitor best practice accounts payable procedures and practices
- Provide training, management and leadership to the team
- Work with branches and operations on optimising payable process
- Reporting for AP, AR and tracking progress of team KPIs

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in a similar role (blue collar industry highly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable & finance processes at a national level
- Experience in leading a team & executing strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial awareness with an analytical approach and reporting skills (Excel and Power BI)
