**The Role**

Your role as the QHSE Manager is to manage all risk aspects associated with the business activities, from tender through to project close out. This includes, but is not limited to, risk management, auditing, compliance, maintenance, processes and procedures review, hazard identification, risks assessments and injury management. Reporting into the GM, there is opportunity to progress your career into a national role.
- A demonstrated track record in QHSE management.
- Ensuring procedures are developed and implemented to ensure health, safety and environmental obligations are met and adhered to.
- Enforce strict adherence to all safety procedures and policies, with continuous focus on gap analysis and system improvement / enhancements.
- Precast concrete or heavy industry experience
- Strong on systems and previous systems implementation would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to influence all stakeholders on the importance of a good safety culture.
