The Capital Strategy, Projects and Reporting Team plays a crucial role in advising on government policy and budget proposals related to infrastructure and land use planning. This team is responsible for preparing the NSW Budget Infrastructure Statement and the Electorate Service Update Report, which summarises relevant initiatives for each NSW electorate based on sector-wide consultations. We also issue public sector guidance on capital budgeting requirements and collaborate with agencies on precinct development proposals and projects.

Building sound relationships within Treasury and with agency contacts is essential for producing these reports. Additionally, you will analyse or support the analysis of policy, regulatory, financial, and economic issues facing government agencies delivering these services.

Proactively building robust relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders is paramount, as is your contribution to improving the delivery of outcomes across the NSW Government through effective communication, collaboration, and advocacy with Treasury teams and agency counterparts.

You will be joining our **Policy and Budget**Group** and will be working within the **Transport, Infrastructure and Investment Division, Capital Strategy Projects & Reporting Team**. Read more about your future Group and Division.
