**Purchasing Officer**

ACRUX Search are currently sourcing an experienced Purchasing Officer to join the team at Transhipment Services Australia (TSA).

**About the Role**:
The Purchasing Officer is responsible for ensuring that there is support with all aspects of purchasing and logistics across TSA projects under the direction of the Fleet and Logistics Manager.
- Full time, Monday to Friday.
- Onsite, TSA head office in West Perth.

**Duties would include, but not limited to**:

- Collating vessel and site purchase requisitions
- Liaising with suppliers for purchasing and logistics
- Parts sourcing and creating of purchase orders
- Liaising with site coordinators for goods receival and distribution
- Freight and logistics instigation and coordination
- Continuous monitoring of back orders, following up as necessary
- Liaising with staff from different departments within TSA
