**Position Title**: Marketing and Digital Content Coordinator
**Location**: Katoomba 2782 / Blaxland 2774, Australia
**Reporting to**: Head of Marketing

**The Role**:
As the Marketing and Digital Content Coordinator, you will plan develop, and execute marketing campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. This role is crucial for enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement through coherent and innovative marketing strategies.

Your ultimate goal is to elevate al Fort Group brands and expand recognition across Australia and New Zealand. You will ensure consistency in all marketing efforts and collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute high-level strategies effectively, enhancing overall brand presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and execute campaigns to enhance brand visibility and alignment.
- Brand building and guardianship, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Develop and refine social media strategies to boost engagement and follower growth.
- Craft compelling content that resonates with our audience, including videos, blogs, and customer stories.
- Manage the production of marketing materials, such as catalogues and promotional videos.
- Display a proactive attitude with a strong willingness to adopt new skills and ideas.
- Exhibit excellent communication and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Meet or exceed designated KPIs through effective marketing strategies and tactics.
- Work collaboratively to develop and implement impactful marketing plans.
- Oversee the use of branded assets to maintain brand integrity.
- Coordinate, and report on marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic goals.
- Organise and drive the marketing aspect of product launches, tradeshows, and corporate events.
- Assist Sales & Operations by engaging customers and enhancing the buying experience.
- Embrace and actively contribute to our vibrant company culture, ensuring all interactions reflect our core values and mission.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, with a demonstrated ability to drive campaign results.
- Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and adeptness at collaborative teamwork.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and social media management tools.
- Creative flair for crafting engaging content and a strong understanding of customer engagement strategies.
**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:
- A formal qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, to effectively manage customer relationships and data.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,764.30 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
