Strategic Marketing Leader

As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of a strategic marketing plan that supports revenue-generating activities, including major donor engagement, government grant visibility, philanthropic outreach, ticketed event promotion, and sponsorship acquisition.
You will create engaging content that tells the story of research, conservation work, and community impact through various channels such as blogs, social media, email newsletters, and multimedia. Your role will involve managing digital communications across web and social platforms, maintaining website content, and designing supporter journeys.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will collaborate with internal teams to prepare compelling materials for donors, funders, and media, including pitch decks, case studies, event collateral, and annual reports.
To ensure ongoing strategy is informed, you will monitor analytics and produce quarterly insights.
You will also be responsible for responding to media and community inquiries, and proactively promoting the organization's profile through public relations efforts.
