We currently have an opportunity to join our team as a Case Manager in Geelong. This role is the perfect opportunity to commence your career in the Workers' Compensation Industry and bring your passion for customer service to build a meaningful career, where you will be supporting injured workers with their recovery from a workplace injury and provide them with a positive customer experience. As a Case Manager, you will complete a comprehensive training program, consisting of face-to-face training, online learning, and one on one coaching support to assist with your development throughout the program.
Your training program will be undertaken in Melbourne, whereby upon completion of your training you will then join a Claims Team in our Geelong office to manage a portfolio, to support and assist our customers to achieve the best possible outcome. Ongoing transitional assistance will be provided.
**About the role**
- Managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims
- Strategizing and implementing appropriate and achievable recovery and return to work goals
- Maintaining high customer service standards and building effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders; including injured workers, employers, and medical professionals to drive successful outcomes
- Determining strategies to progress claims toward appropriate goals
