**About the opportunity**

Our People and Culture team is growing We are currently seeking an energetic **People and Culture Administrator **to join our People and Culture team at our **Moran Head Office**, located minutes from Wynyard train station in Sydney CBD.

Reporting to the People and Culture Advisor this position will be providing support across a range of People and Culture programs of work.

You will gain experience in the strategical, analytical, and technical elements of HR while developing and being supported and empowered. Moran offers a rewarding work environment that fosters capability and inclusion.

**About the Role**

The role supports the People and Culture team in achieving strategic goals by contributing to efficient, dynamic and responsive operations particularly focusing on the organisation’s HRIS. This position is permanent, full-time and will be a mixture of office-based and work from home.
- Undertake administrative processes relating to MHCG end to end recruitment processing. Provide support, customer service and assistance to line managers.
- Undertake administrative processes relating to new starters onboarding, including supporting new starters through the onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment and onboarding systems, ensuring a high standard of record keeping.
- Monitoring and reviewing employee compliance information

**About You**
- Previous administrative experience
- Demonstrated ability to undertake administrative tasks and provide a high level of customer service.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR, or ability to quickly acquire knowledge
- Demonstrated organisational skills, in particular managing multiple and changing priorities whilst meeting key deadlines and goals; self-motivation and initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to use electronic recruitment and on-boarding systems and capacity to quickly develop skills in use of new software packages.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to process improvements, team and individual problem solving
- Current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccination including booster
- Highly organised with strong planning skills.
