**About the Opportunities**

Whilst the role encompasses most aspects of People & Culture, the P&C Administrators will primarily provide support with:

- General administration tasks including generation of employment contract packs
- Maintaining staff files and answering general queries received via the helpdesk
- Inputting and maintenance of staff data in the HRIS (TechnologyOne experience highly regarded)
- Conducting compliance checks including Working with Children Checks and Criminal Record Checks
- Talent acquisition administration
- Assisting with specific P&C projects (as required)
- Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the P&C team.

**Selection Criteria**
- Essential:_
- Acquired, or working towards, a degree in Human Resources OR a relevant certificate with at least 1 year’s experience.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to maintain confidentiality at all times and work accurately with good attention to detail.
- Have a strong commitment to, and understanding of, recovery-based practice in the workplace.
- Have a high level of computer literacy.
- Have a high level of clerical and administrative skills.
- Emerging knowledge of IR legislation, Fair Work Act 2009, and the Modern Awards system.
