**The Role**
The People & Culture Administrator will be responsible for developing initiatives to make a positive impact on team wellbeing and experience in the office. This will include administrative aspects including internal communications and being the companies first point of contact for People related matters.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process and maintain People related data
- Maintain and prepare internal communications for the intranet
- Contribute to planning and deliver initiatives for increased employee experience
- New talent hiring admin management
- Accurate publication and maintenance of company policies
- Preparation of presentations, documents and spreadsheets
- Assist organisation of training, health and wellbeing initiatives
- Support and rollout of People and Culture projects and events
**About you**
To be considered for the role you will ideally have the below:
- Tertiary qualifications in related field
- Database and record management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Attention to detail
- High level of interpersonal verbal, written and communication skills with employees and stakeholders
- Adaptable and solution focussed
- Confidential discretion
