**About the role**:
We are looking for someone with an innovative mindset who is on top of their fashion trends to join our intimate team of 8 in our beautiful and elegant boutique on Collins Street. This is a unique opportunity to lead such a prestigious luxury brand in a famous location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading from the front but also influencing and leading your team to deliver a world class service and continuously achieve KPIS.
- Adhering to business visual standards including cleanliness and visual merchandising guidelines
- Having strong control over the inventory management within the store
- Maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
- People management tasks including recruitment, training/onboarding and performance reviews.
- Working closing with senior managers in the business to ensure store is always performing at a high.

**Skills and experience**:

- Two years premium or luxury retail management experience is essential.
- Experience with clienteling and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication skills as regular communication with senior managers within the business.
- A proactive and independent thinker.
