We are now bringing coffee to Collins Street This role is pivotal to our success as you represent our brand directly to customers and you will be supported by an amazing team of donut connoisseur's This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for new opportunities in a growing retail brand. We are searching for enthusiastic Retail Assistants across all shifts so don't hesitate to apply

Tasks & responsibilities
- Providing an outstanding customer experience;
- Setting up, filling and adjusting displays as required;
- Upselling;
- Preparing cold beverages (milk shakes (have you tried one yet) & iced drinks);
- Preparing amazing coffees
- Food safety requirements - temperature checks and recording;
- Cleaning duties throughout the store.

Qualifications & experience
- Barista experience required;
- Demonstrated customer service skills;
- You will have a positive, can-do attitude towards all tasks required to perform.
- Enjoy the challenge of upselling;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Exposure to a fast paced environment;
- Prior retail or food experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Full time, part time and casual roles available across all shifts.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Full-time
Part-time hours: 15-38 per week

**Salary**: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- POS: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
