But as we transition from startup to a scale-up, we have expanded over to the West Coast with our new WA Branch, led by our Branch Manager Brooke Eddie.

This expansion opens the door to an opportunity for a seasoned Asset Finance Broker or Lending Specialist to play a pivotal role in our journey.

As a cornerstone of our WA branch, you won't just be joining a team; you will be a foundational member responsible in helping to build our WA team

**The Role**

Your primary objectives will be to help our Branch manager establish, nurture and expand our WA client and partnership base.

But a critical component in your success will be HOW you do this.

Loan Options is all about long term value creation for our partners, customers, affiliates and employees. So 5-star service is non-negotiable in all client relationships.

Maintain ongoing open communication with clients to ensure their needs are being met and opportunities to create innovative solutions are seized.

Cultivate a network of raving fan referrers and manage web-lead channels effectively to drive business growth.

**Who You Are**

A seasoned asset finance or lending professional who’s brave enough to challenge the status quo.

You’re energetic and ambitious and you want an opportunity to build things from the ground up (the right way).

People describe you as an inspiring leader with a knack for nurturing talent and activating each person's full potential.

You’ve had experience managing both web leads and client referrals.

You’ve built and sustained a thriving client network.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $146,427.00 per year
