You’ve got great problem solving and people skills, and can build trust and rapport with others, as well as conduct yourself in a professional manner when communicating with clients.

**About us**:
We are a small but growing physiotherapy clinic located in the Lidcombe/Auburn area, and we are committed to helping our patients go from pain back to performance. We see a range of clients, and provide high quality care and service as seen through our reviews and results. Within our clinic, we have access to gym facilities, and basketball courts to help with our treatment and rehabilitation practices.

**About the role**:
As a receptionist, you’ll play a key part in keeping our clinic running smoothly. The role is primarily home/online-based, with the potential for in-person work as opportunities arise.
- General reception duties (answering enquiries, scheduling appointments, managing calendars)
- Communicating with patients, doctors, insurance companies, and other parties
- Handling billing, invoicing, and basic admin tasks
- Supporting the team with various ad hoc administrative duties

**Hours**: Part time position
**Location**: Lidcombe/Auburn
