Mater Imaging are part of the world leading Mater Hospital in North Sydney/ Wollstonecraft. We are recognised for our expertise and experience in the areas of Specialised Orthopaedic and Cardiac Imaging, Oncology and Women's Health.

We are seeking talented medical receptionist professionals to join the team. We have permanent full-time and part-time opportunities and like to support our team to achieve the right work life balance for you. We are a team that has commitment to always providing our patients with the highest standard of care and compassion.

**What will you be doing?**

This is a busy dynamic environment of regular change that will enable you to work and support patients and the wider healthcare team at the Mater hospital.

**When and where will you do it?**

Mater Imaging reception operates Monday-Friday 6.30am-5.30pm (with extended hours for MRI services) There is also limited services on the weekend, with all staff expected to be flexible to work rotating rosters.

The Mater Hospital is based in North Sydney which offers good transport links and as well as some paid parking facilities you could access.

You will be given Induction training upon commencement and with additional on the floor support, monitoring and ongoing coaching, feedback and development.

- Experience in providing quality customer experience in a reception (medical preferable) or high volume, complex customer service environment

- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders

- Good PC and systems skills
