Together - we get the job done to then enjoy the fruits of the mountain.
**Your Next Job**
We are seeking a Finance Team Assistant to join the team for the coming winter season. Supporting the Management Accountant and the wider finance team, you will be involved in the daily operations within the Audit Centre. Your tasks are to ensure the control and accountability of all cash and credit card sales across the BSL entities. This includes the collection, reconciliation and banking of takings, as well as the distribution and maintenance of change floats. Alongside this ad-hoc tasks and report preparation.
**What You Will Be Doing**
The Audit Centre is designed to provide a safe and secure central location for all aspects of cash management. It functions as a quick and efficient station for the distribution of floats, change and ticketing products on a daily basis.
- Float management and distribution.
- Cash and Stock Management For all BSL Entities
- Reconciliation of all sales & proceeds from sales.
- Maintenance of financial records.
- Reporting for upper management.

**What You Will Bring With You**
Recognized qualifications in finance, accounting or business-based field are regarded highly. Still studying? We are still interested
- Power BI knowledge is highly desirable
- Experience in cash handling experience preferred.
- Demonstrated communications and interpersonal skills is a must. Whether it is in the office on the chairlift or in staff accommodation it’s the people that make it what it is.
- Computer based experience, including Microsoft Excel is non-negotiable. We use several different systems where a sound understanding and ability to use computers is key.
