We are currently partnering with a major lifestyle & communities developer/builder who have secured funding for multiple large sites across Melbourne.

Reporting to a Design Director you will be involved in all stages of the project, from front-end design development through to coordinating construction delivery. During construction delivery this will be a office-based role are you will directly liaise with the builder and see how the development progresses day to day. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparation of detailed documentation and tender and trade packages.
- Liaise with the builder during construction to ensure buildability and that technical issues are addressed.
- Ensure that the quality of documentation is to a high standard, drawings are accurate, well structured and clearly presented.
- Develop and maintain a professional and productive working relationship with all internal and external members of the project team.

What we are looking for:

- Qualifications in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Strong technical understanding of construction detailing
- Commercial or Residential experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
