**What's on offer?**

The role is key in enhancing and protecting our production timeframes, supporting our retail offering, and developing new and innovative ways to enhance our customer journey.

As a leader you will proactively engage with internal departments to seek feedback and proactively develop continuous improvement plans.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead the ABN Victoria Masters Function
- Deliver on internal service level agreements
- Enable the delivery of our retail brands product requirements and enhance our customers ease of purchase
- Proactively review quality assurance processes to provide and or implement recommendations to business stakeholders
- Actively engage and manage leaders to ensure alignment of best practice Drafting processes are in place
- Communicate and coach stakeholders to enhance technical capability

- Proven Drafting system management (ArchiCAD)

- Ability to think strategically, then plan and execute efficiently
