**Overview** Your Role**

Due to new business, Gallagher Bassett are currently seeking a **Claims Assistant**to join our new Motor and Warranty team in Brisbane. This role will be offered on temporary full-time basis for 3 months with flexible hybrid working arrangements to be agreed.

**How you'll make an impact**
**You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following**:

- Read and interpret claim forms to enable correct lodgement of new claims
- Determine new claim eligibility
- Inbound calls and responding to general enquiries
- Supporting positive customer experiences with the timely and accurate entry of claims payments
- Providing claim support activities within agreed service level timeframes
- Performing a variety of administrative duties and assisting with document management to support teams of Claims Consultants
- Ensuring attention to detail and claim information is correct and up to date
- Adhering to relevant compliance, including privacy and security requirements
- Triaging work and managing team inboxes

**About you**

- Experience in Administration or Customer Service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- PC literacy and Microsoft Office experience
