We are currently seeking a passionate and community-focused **NDIS Engagement and Relationships Officer** to join our Perth-based team. This is a key role responsible for strengthening relationships with participants, families, carers, and providers across diverse communities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and implement NDIS plans in collaboration with participants and their support networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and service providers.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of supports and make adjustments as needed.
- Support participants in understanding their NDIS plans and budgets.
- Advocate for participants' rights and ensure service delivery aligns with NDIS practice standards.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports and documentation.

**About You**
- You have strong knowledge of the NDIS framework and person-centred practice.
- You’re an excellent communicator with great problem-solving skills.
- You can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- You thrive in dynamic environments and are flexible to participant needs.
- **Mandatory Requirements**:

- Diploma in Community Services or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a Support Coordinator
- **Working with Children Check (WWC) - WA**:

- **NDIS Worker Screening Check**:

- **Full WA Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle**:

- **Current First Aid Certificate**:

- National Police Clearance
- Willingness to travel locally for community visits and events
- Alignment with the values of TPCS

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $61,105.91 - $102,309.14 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
