We are seeking a professional and efficient Receptionist to join our team in Perth. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients, visitors, and staff. This role is permanent FT - 38hrs per week - 9.00am to 5.00pm Mon to Fri.

Based in the CBD you will be part of a small Facilities team you will manage a range of duties including but not limited to:

- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general support to various departments as required
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

**Requirements**:

- Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights
- Able to undergo a pre-employment medical reference and police check
