**About The Role**

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for HR Generalists to work within our People division, as part of our One Team project on a casual basis.

We are ideally looking for people who are comfortable with a broad range of tasks from working with Executive and Senior Leaders on their requirements, drafting position descriptions, org design modelling, reviewing workforce data, preparing letters and comms, or a combination of these activities.

**About You**

Ideally you will be an HR generalist with a curious nature, IR experience, change and transformation, and some organisational design experience. You will also be confident working with autonomy through change.
