About you

For this role, we will consider how well you demonstrate:

- Interpersonal skills together with personal qualities that facilitate the development of good working relationships and enhance the provision of quality client service in a team environment.
- Communication and problem-solving skills relevant to ensuring the attainment of established service level standards.
- Sound knowledge of and experience in information and recordkeeping principles and practices including security, access control and disposal and retention schedules.
- Sound knowledge of and experience in information and document/records management systems.
- Ability to effectively prioritise variable workloads and work both autonomously and in a small team environment to meet non-flexible deadlines.
