Your opportunityIn this role you will utilise your ability to build positive and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, help assess prioritise and manage incoming correspondence, invitations and briefing notes ensuring they are registered in a timely manner. You will play a key role in contributing to the development and implementation of improvements, processes, and quality control methods ro ensure a high standard of output and client service from the team.
About youYou will thrive working in an environment which is fast paces, where attention to detail is critical and you work closely with your team to meet daily deadlines. You enjoy working within a supportive team environment.
Experience using an electronic records management system ( for example, TRIM) and Microsoft Office (Specifically Mircosoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint) is highly desired.
