**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Chief of Clinical Care, this person will work in close collaboration with the Clinical Development Manager to ensure successful development and consistent implementation of processes across the organisation. The standardisation of high-quality documentation and templates is a key focus of the role.

The Clinical Ops & Process Manager will:

- Design and implement clinical business and operational processes and practice across the organisation
- Evaluate and improve operational business processes across Aged Care and Disability
- Streamline processes to ensure they are more time efficient and integrated
- Review, amend and develop processes and resources
- Create and implement changes or improvements to clinical care and service delivery
- Generate documentation of exciting process and improvements

**About You**
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications (Allied Health preferrable)
- Experience in designing and implementing business process improvements across human services sector
- Proven ability to design clinical business processes, templates and documentation.
- Demonstrated experience ensuring compliance, accuracy and quality of clinical documentation
- Knowledge and commitment to client safety, cultural safety and quality management
