Our client,
Your In-Home Rehab
, is a well-established mobile allied health provider delivering multidisciplinary, hospital-grade rehabilitation across Sydney since 2018. The team supports a diverse caseload including NDIS participants, aged care clients, post-surgical rehab patients, and private insurance referrals.

Why This Role:

  • Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 + Super
  • Bonus Structure: $65 per billable hour above 30 hrs/week

This opportunity is ideal for a community-minded Podiatrist who values outcome-focused care, work-life balance, and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Deliver home-based podiatry services to clients across the Sydney metro area
  • Work with adults across NDIS, aged/home care, workers comp and post-op rehab
  • Tailor treatment plans for chronic conditions, disability, and complex care needs
  • Maintain autonomy while supported by experienced clinical leads and structured systems
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Physios, OTs, EPs, and Remedial Therapists
  • Attend regular team meetings and engage in ongoing clinical case discussions

What You'll Need:

  • 2–3 years minimum experience in community-based podiatry (NDIS, Aged Care or Home Care)
  • Strong clinical reasoning and confident communication
  • AHPRA registration and relevant tertiary qualification
  • Comfortable travelling for home visits across Sydney
  • Access to a personal vehicle and full Australian driver's license
  • Solid experience working with adults with disability, chronic disease, or post-op rehab
