Founded in Australia in 2019, we have now helped over 500K patients globally by combining technology, design and operational excellence to help patients access the best clinical support when they need it - wherever they are.

Our 5 clinics (Juniper, Pilot, Kin, Software, & Compound) focus heavily on personalising the experience for different demographics and are powered by a growing team across 5 countries (Australia, UK, Germany, Japan, and the Philippines).

We've raised over AUD$160M in funding from Aussie and Silicon Valley investors who were early backers of Uber, Canva and AirBnb. With plans to launch into several more markets, offline channels, and tackle new conditions.

**About the role (What you'll be doing)**:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Business Operations Associate** to support the growth and efficiency of our Biz Ops function. In this newly created role, you will work closely with the CEO to give him leverage on his communications and problem solving. As a member of our Biz Ops function, you'll build systems that give leverage to our Senior Leadership team. You'll be exposed to executive-level decision making and will learn from the most senior members of our team.

This role reports directly to the Business Operations Lead with your key stakeholders being:

- Our COO
- Our CEO
- Our Senior Leadership Team

CEO Communications
- **Develop Executive
- and Board-Level Presentations;** Craft high-quality, impactful narratives for the CEO to drive alignment in our Board and our business. You'll learn from our CEO, Tim Doyle, about narrative construction and messaging.
- **Create Key Messaging Materials**: Produce a variety of communication materials for the CEO, including speeches, talking points, and thought leadership content, to effectively convey the company's vision, strategy, and key updates.

CEO Special Projects
- **Research & Draft Critical Strategic Documents**: Conduct research and create first drafts of high-level documents for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT), such as business cases and strategic plans.
- **Analyze Organizational Challenges**: Identify and surface key challenges within the business that are of interest to the CEO/COO, providing clear reports and actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
- **Modeling & Analytical Support**: Provide analytical support to the CEO and COO to guide their thinking on critical issues.

Business Operations Process Design & Management
- **Collaborate on Business Operations Projects**: Work closely with the Business Operations Lead to support the design, implementation, and execution of critical business operations initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and scalability.
- **Execute Operational Improvements**: Assist in managing and executing projects to optimize business processes, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and drive operational excellence across the company.

**About you (Who are we looking for)**:

- 2-3+ years experience across consulting or investment banking (MBB or top IB preferred)
- Excellent communicator - experience communicating with senior leaders
- Analytical - experience building models and surfacing data-driven insights
- Problem-solving - structured approach to problem solving; clear thinker; simple
