**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor security systems and respond to alarms, notifications and alerts in a timely manner.
- Evaluate situations and make decisions based on established procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all incidents and actions taken.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with security industry standards and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Victoria Security License - Monitoring centre operator subcategory is a must.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts.
- Proficiency in using computers and security monitoring software.
