We're also proud partners of the Fremantle Dockers, Perth Glory, and the Perth and West Perth Football Clubs. **The opportunity** We are seeking an experienced compliance professional to join our Commercial team as Compliance and Accreditation Supervisor. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will take ownership of our accreditation framework across all locations, while leading a small team to ensure we meet every regulatory obligation. This role sits at the centre of PRC's operations, managing everything from Medicare audits to staff training programs, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of compliance and quality across our network. **Key responsibilities** - Manage Medicare LSPN compliance, annual audits, and site renewals to maintain eligibility. - Oversee accreditation for non-doctor staff, including BLS, hand hygiene, and manual handling training programs. - Lead incident reporting through MyOSH, privacy notifications, and Freedom of Information requests. - Ensure site registrations for DIAS accreditation, QIP submissions, and poisons control compliance. - Prepare compliance reports, support investigations, and manage equipment service record audits. - Build relationships with government agencies, accreditation bodies, and hospital teams. - Lead and develop your team with a focus on customer service excellence. - Drive process improvements and maintain robust audit cycles across all compliance areas. **About you** - Proven experience in compliance, accreditation, or regulatory management, ideally in healthcare. - Strong understanding of audit processes and regulatory frameworks. - Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple complex deadlines. - Confident communicator who can work effectively with government agencies and stakeholders. - Experience leading teams and driving process improvements. - Relevant qualifications in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred. **What we offer** - Competitive salary with regular reviews. - Flexible working arrangements and on-site parking reimbursement. - Career growth in a professional, innovative healthcare environment. - Corporate discounts on health insurance, gym memberships, and PRC services. - Employee recognition through our "Thank a Legend" program, team events, and DEI calendar. - Generous leave entitlements, including paid parental leave and purchased leave options. - Access to confidential counselling and coaching via our Employee Assistance Program. **Diversity and inclusion** **How to apply** If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we'd love to hear from you.
