**About the role**

Our business is growing and so is our team, we are currently seeking an PoW Compliance and Rehabilitation Supervisor to join our growing Project Services Division. The purpose of this role is to coordinate and manage the safe execution of MinRes historic, inherited and on-going ground rehabilitation activities.

**Role Accountabilities**
- Statutory reporting for all safety compliance
- Ensure the GIS database is updated and current
- Overseeing the creation of daily activity reports for the site
- Running and facilitation of daily pre-shift meetings, handovers, permits and weekly safety toolbox meetings on site
- Managing and coordinating the supervision of the development of new and existing projects
- Delegating and overseeing the field activities
- Supervision, training, mentoring and coaching of the Exploration and PoW Compliance & Rehabilitation field team in person and via correspondence
- Supervision of earthworks contractors, rehabilitation inspection and signoff
- PoW compliance checks in the field on rehabilitated works and current exploration programs
- Assisting with rehabilitation reporting - ad hoc
- Supervision of specialist contractors as required
- Report, and assist in the investigation of all rehabilitation related incidents according to the MinRes Process
- Oversee, assist and facilitate group risk assessments, site specific inductions, prestarts and return to work meetings
- Participating in risk analysis meetings such as HAZIDs
- Ensure safety initiatives such as hazard reports, field interactions and workplace inspections are being conducted as per the MinRes Exploration Execution plan and are of a high quality
- Manage onsite vehicles and equipment to ensure the safe execution of rehabilitation activities
- Ensure MinRes Health and fitness for work initiatives including BAC Testing, COVID management, Mental health and fatigue are implemented and understood

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Extensive experience in Earthworks supervision
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Suite and INX
- Ability to lead and engage small to medium sized teams
- Sound understanding of exploration and open pit mining
- Cert IV HSE (desirable)
