- Get on the Shutdown rotation as an administrator
- 2 + Years experience in minesite administration role
To support our continual growth, we are searching for a Site Administrator to join our Personnel team.
**The Job**:
- Shutdowns - Join the rotation and jump on work where available
- Minimum of 2 year’s experience working in an admin role on-site
- Assist the Operations Manager and Site Management team as required.
- Other operational support as required.
- Assist with timesheets and payroll queries.
- Day shift only
**Key Details**:
- Ideally available end of November for Major Shutdowns
- between Point of hire - PERTH, WA.
- Rates from $47 - $49
- Weekly Pay & recognition for tenure and quality of work
- Servicing Roy Hill and Rio Tinto sites - Current inductions are preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
**Essential Requirements**
- Australian Drivers Licence - C/class Licence minimum
- Experience within a Mine Site Administrator Role
**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- 2+ years’ experience in administration or a similar role
- Prior experience utilising SharePoint
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Clear and concise communication skills - both oral and verbal
