**The Opportunity**:
We have a newly created, permanent opportunity for a highly organised events professional to join our global Knowledge & Expertise team, supporting a key pillar of the firm's business development activities. This high profile and dynamic role will collaborate with a diverse group of business services functions to coordinate key client training programs and events. Responsibilities will include collaborating with the Events team to:

- Coordinate client training programs - participating in program design, managing timelines and tasks, coordinating stakeholder actions, managing budgets and communications plans
- Support the delivery of client training events - assisting with invitations, drafting communications, coordinating guest lists, tracking RSVPs and preparing briefing notes, supporting event delivery
- Engage with stakeholders - maintaining effective relationships with partners and senior stakeholders, determining the availability of presenters and ensuring diaries are kept up to date, securing input from presenters on content
- Manage data and records - maintaining records of client training topics, speakers, invitation lists, and materials and collecting and analysing feedback and attendance data.
- Prior relevant experience in an events or training coordination role in a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including a demonstrated ability to successfully communicate with all levels of stakeholders
- Excellent project coordination and organisational skills
- A "can do" attitude and a high level of initiative
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite including excel; familiarity with document management systems, client relationship management systems and hosting Zoom webinars.
