**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking an office coordinator to join our Mulgrave Head office team. This role will suit someone who has experience in a range of administration functions and is prepared to cross skill to support other accounts and admin team members.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Office Administration**
- Office Management Responsibilities: ownership of reception, meeting rooms and break out areas
- Managing phones, couriers, mail etc.
- Ordering office supplies and organising staff travel
- Set up and configure new computers, printers, and other peripherals
- A wide range of office logistics and organisational tasks, which can vary daily
- Liaising (via phone) with our service staff and customers, as required
- A variety of other tasks which change as the company continues to expand and reorganise.

**Accounts**
- Some AP Data Entry - local and overseas
- Management of staff expenses through Concur
- Assistance with Fixed Asset management

**General Administration**
- Management of events and training bookings
- Ensure compliance to business systems, policies and processes
- Assisting with departmental procedure document management
- Other ad hoc support tasks as required

**Other Tasks**:
These can be varied but include assisting other admin staff with tasks where required and cross-training as opportunities arise.

**CANDIDATE'S QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES**
- At least one year of administration or reception experience,
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Driven and motivated to manage own workload
- Attention to detail along with excellent time management skills
