Our client is a pioneer in communications equipment manufacturing located in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Due to growth within the business, they require a capable Operations Coordinator.

**THE**
**ROLE**
Supporting the Operations Manager, as Operations Coordinator you will help to manage the day-to-day operations of all facets of the warehouse and office to ensure efficient, quality, sustainable and cost-effective outcomes and to effectively manage the team.
**KEY RESPONIBILITIES**
- Provide executive, project and administrative services;
- Provide all necessary administration tasks, including mail, drafting documents, preparing correspondence, phone screening, appointments as required;
- Act as 2IC when required;
- Assist inbound sales & customer support team;
- Analyse and generate reports for team performance on processes;
- Develop a continuous learning process for the team;
- Should contribute to the business by proactively providing solutions to prevent possible situations which impact performance/ Revenue
- Understanding the business needs and identifying initiatives that will allow a business to meet those strategic goals
- Supervise and support team members to ensure that delivery is consistent with or exceeds client's quality service
**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Logistics and accounting experience is highly regarded but not essential;
- Experience working in an office environment supporting a team would be well regarded;
- The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities;
- Ideally this position will suit a positive, direct, open and engaging professional with strong communication skills;
- Experience in CRM and Microsoft Office such as Excel;
- Excellent Organising and Problem-Solving Skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects and priorities.
