**Job location**
Our Corporate Office is located at Thomas Embling Hospital, just 15 minutes north of the city. ?Due to our announced expansion across all Directorates, we have a need for experienced, like-minded professionals to join our team to support our growing services. Our Directorates include Thomas Embling Hospital, Prison Operations and our Community Directorate, with highly skilled disciplines including Nursing, Lived Experience, Occupational Therapy, Psychiatry, Psychology and Social Work. We have an outstanding L&D and discipline Educator cohort that continually upskill our already skilled and supportive team.
**About the Role**:
The role has a dual focus. Firstly, to coordinate and lead the logistics for the Management and Leadership Development Program (MLDP). Secondly, to contribute to and participate in all Learning and Organisation Development activity.
**Duties**:
- Program Coordination: Overseeing all aspects of program logistics including scheduling sessions, booking venues, arranging catering and coordinating guest speakers or facilitators. Managing program timelines and ensuring that all activities are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Implementing assessment tools and methodologies to measure the effectiveness of the leadership development program. Collecting feedback from participants, mentors, and stakeholders to evaluate learning outcomes, program impact, and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Building relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, department heads and external partners, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities. Seeking input and feedback to continuously enhance the program's relevance and impact.
- Budget Management: Monitoring and managing the budget for the management and leadership development program. Monitoring expenses, negotiating contracts with external vendors or consultants and maximizing resources to deliver high-quality learning experiences within budget constraints.
**About You**:
- Demonstrated experience in managing diaries, arranging meetings and planning for workshops.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communication effectively in writing and in person.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects, designing and facilitating L&D programs that align to strategic goals and contribute to organisational performance.
- Experience in the design and facilitation of end-to-end learning and development programs within an organisation.
