**Your role with us**:
As our Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll be the organiser who keeps our learning world running smoothly. You'll plan and schedule training sessions, manage logistics and liaise with facilitators and vendors to ensure every workshop hits the mark. You'll maintain our Learning Management System, upload content, track engagement and help craft learning materials and newsletters that inform and inspire our people. Whether supporting a live workshop or fine-tuning the details behind the scenes, you'll bring energy, structure and creativity to everything you do.

**What you will do**:

- Organise and schedule training sessions (primarily in-person workshops, occasionally virtual).
- Support the evaluation of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain an up-to-date training calendar.
- Book training rooms and ensure all required equipment and materials are prepared.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to confirm training logistics.
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring all content is accurate and current.
- Upload new learning materials and troubleshoot LMS-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, assign course licenses, and send training invitations via the LMS.
- Generate training reports to track participation, engagement, and course completions.
- Assist with creating and editing learning materials as needed.
- Monitor compliance training schedules and check for content updates.
- Create and assign course assessments and feedback surveys.
- Keep the team's content log accurate and up to date.
- Assist with file and document management.
- Contribute to the creation and distribution of the monthly learning newsletter.
- Support facilitators during training sessions, including managing breakout rooms and group activities.

**What you will bring**:

- Previous experience in a similar role in Learning & Development.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) e.g. Learn Amp or similar.
- Familiarity with e-learning tools and software (Slack Block Kit Builder, Articulate 360, Canva).
- Excellent attention to detail skills.
- Proven experience with reporting and data including being proficient in Excel (i.e. being able to conduct V Lookups, and Pivot tables).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Bonus points if you also have**:

- Sport, Gambling & Cryptocurrency knowledge advantageous
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
