We currently provide specialist medical services in all eight states and territories, as well as Christmas and Norfolk Island. Our specialists practise in all states across Australia. **About you**:You are a naturally curious, positive and self-motivated individual who is passionate about health care and ensuring everyone, no matter their location or economic circumstances, can access critical medical services. You love to banter, and are highly skilled at conversing with a wide range of personalities. Your exceptional communication skills mean you build instant rapport with customers and stakeholders alike. You have great organisational skills, are detail oriented and diligent. You are highly adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

**About the role**:As the Engagement Officer, you'll play a key role in our fast-growing team. You will engage directly with GPs and medical specialists over the phone, and work closely with a team of content, community and product marketing experts to foster and grow mutually beneficial relationships. Reporting to the Communications and Marketing Manager, you will be a critical point of contact, driving customer engagement, nurturing potential leads, and delivering outstanding customer value and experience. You will also be responsible for researching and discovering new growth areas, assisting with demonstrations of our telehealth technology in-person and via video, and optimising the adoption and utilisation of the Telecare platform to meet current and future sales targets. The role is based in our Melbourne office, located in Blackburn.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive customer engagement to achieve key objectives, including growing the Telecare brand, building customer loyalty, fostering customer retention and identifying new opportunities
- Be accountable for the successful execution of Telecare’s engagement strategies and campaigns
- Effectively communicating with GPs and specialists
- Identify and ensure delivery of continuous improvement across customer engagement and specialist onboarding processes
- Partner closely with key stakeholders to drive outstanding customer experience, and contribute to improvement initiatives
- Organise, analyse and measure data to increase impact and discover new growth areas, and provide regular reports to upper management
