We are an ethically-driven, health tech startup that provides patients with affordable, convenient and timely access to a diverse range of bulk-billed medical specialists using telehealth technology. We currently provide specialist medical services in all eight states and territories, as well as Christmas and Norfolk Island. Our specialists practise in all states across Australia. **About you**:We are looking for a talented, full-time Telehealth administrator / coordinator to successfully coordinate the nationwide delivery of our specialist telehealth services.The Telehealth Administrator / Coordinator works collaboratively with the Clinical Management Team to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing and maintaining patient records, scheduling patient appointments, answering service calls and enquiries, collecting payments and processing billings and transmitting medical reports, as well as other administrative and clerical duties. - Be adept at learning new processes and using cloud-based health technology platforms
- Be passionate about providing great customer service and building working relationships in a health/telehealth setting
- Possess great decision-making and negotiation skills
- Have the demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritise and schedule a wide variety of tasks and activities
- Listen effectively and communicate in a clear and articulate manner to engage medical providers and patients
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software - familiarity with medical management software and video-conferencing software is a plus
- Be familiar with practice management software (preferred, not essential)
