Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Business Intelligence Manager role will make an impact, the key responsibilities for this role include:

- Manage and administer the business information of all relevant commercial data.
- Provide business information through research and analysis which supports; environment and performance monitoring, business planning and decision making.
- Maintain the integrity of the data warehouse/ dashboards in support of providing quality data, efficiently.
- Conduct routine and ad hoc analysis in support of enquiries from cross-functional stakeholders
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders on developing, communicating and maintaining field force incentive schemes.
- Proactively identify improvement initiatives of commercial analytics, across sales and marketing systems, and assist as necessary in prioritisation and delivery of improvements

The minimum qualifications and skillset required for this role is:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or Analytics.
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a Business / Systems Analytics and 3 years experience in project management.
- Must possess knowledge in; MS SQL, data sources/ providers, Microsoft Office suite, eTMS and CRMs.
- Be proficient in presenting to cross-functional stakeholders and analytical minded.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
- Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
