**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

The Business Intelligence Executive plays a key role in business stakeholder and technical development teams relationship management across data, analytics and machine learning projects. In addition this role, manages project delivery, coordination, technical business analysis, functional requirements and UAT management across the APMEA South DRB.

**Reports to**:Head Of Business Intelligence And Data Strategy

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Leading multi-product projects by initiating, planning, executing, controlling and delivering the work of the project team to achieve project objectives.
- Stand-ups and discovery sessions coordination / leadership
- Working with a development team and conducting Scrum / Retro / Analysis events.
- Business Intelligence KPIs and key metrics (Nord-star) delivery orchestration
- Project management across the DRBU area where the projects are integrated
- Involvement in a business needs conversions into functional designs using knowledge of BAT (DRBU) system capabilities, rules, and architectures
- Prioritises business solutions and insight requirement in alignment with the Group’s delivery strategy
- Build strong relationships with Business stakeholders and Development tech teams to ensure projects are delivered within the agreed financial, design, and delivery criteria.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Degree educated with professional qualification (Business, Engineering)
- A minimum of 3 years’ corporate experience preferred project management / coordination experience
- Experience in strategic analysis & planning and execution, performance metrics, project evaluation and commercial acumen
- Ability to simplify large amounts of data/complex situations and communicate and present to stakeholders
- Ability to follow Project Management Framework to manage projects over the project lifecycle
- Understanding of data infrastructure, architecture, and engineering for business insights, as well as data presentation tools such as MicroStrategy and MS Power BI or similar BI tools, project management principles, and Agile methodology and use of ADO (Azure DevOps), Jira or similar tools
- Strong experience with software / tech solutions development lifecycle

**REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS**

You will receive a competitive remuneration package between AUD 100,000 - AUD 105,000.
