**Your new role**

Based in the northern suburbs, this will be a great 12 month opportunity with a global powerhouse that is not to be missed especially for those who are either immediately available and/or could have a quick transition.

You will be responsible for the deployment of new quality systems and approaches;
- Work with global team to understand the new focus, approaches to be used and the tools and materials available
- Undertake gap analysis in the local manufacturing and DC operations to determine the most effective implementation strategies and adapt global tools and documentation to the local context
- Work with the local team to prioritise the activities to achieve the maximum change and cultural impact
- Build plans and utilise tracking tools to measure impacts and progress to ambition
- Where appropriate, undertake the global training and be the local expert and trainer. Lead the change through leading by example, facilitating small cross functional teams of local stakeholders, piloting the change and documentation, take a PDCA approach
- Provide regular progress reports to local and global stakeholders and ensure global reporting requirements are met.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in a quality related discipline in manufacturing or distribution environment
- Fantastic communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated skills in executing quality tools in a matrix environment
- Working knowledge of the following concepts PFMEA, Audits, Obeya, Kaizen & Kamibashi
- Applicants must be residing within Australia
