**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Requirement Gathering**: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions.
- **Technical Leadership**: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to Salesforce standards.
- **Integration**: Implement and manage integrations with core banking systems, wealth management platforms, and regulatory reporting tools to ensure a comprehensive view of client financial data.
- **Customization**: Configure and customize Salesforce to improve client onboarding, loan origination, and compliance documentation processes.
- **Automation**: Set up automated workflows, approval processes, and Salesforce Scheduler to streamline business operations.
- **Tools & Deployment**: Utilize deployment tools such as Bitbucket, JIRA, Change Sets, and Package Deployment to manage and execute deployments.
- **OmniStudio Skills**: Leverage OmniStudio tools, including Data Raptor, Flex Card, Integration Procedure, and Omni Scripts, to enhance the functionality and performance of Salesforce solutions.
- **Compliance & Monitoring**: Develop and implement features related to client profiles, financial accounts, referrals, and compliance to enhance cross-selling opportunities and compliance monitoring.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record in Financial Services Cloud.
- **Certifications**: Salesforce Platform Developer I, Admin, Financial Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud certifications required.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other Salesforce development tools.
- **Functional Knowledge**: Strong understanding of Financial Services Cloud functionalities, including client profiles, financial accounts, referrals, and compliance features.
- **Deployment Tools**: Experience with Bitbucket, JIRA, Change Sets, and Package Deployment.
- **OmniStudio Experience**: Demonstrated experience with OmniStudio skills, including Data Raptor, Flex Card, Integration Procedure, and Omni Scripts.

Pay: Up to $140.00 per hour
